Becoming a member of Portland Chapter, NSDAR

Members of NSDAR are at least 18 years of age and live throughout the world. We have proven lineal blood-line descent from an ancestor, male or female who aided in achieving American Independence. Documentation for each statement of birth, marriage and death has been submitted and is usually available to prospective members.
